Being a Responsible Employer

Equal Opportunities:

We are committed to promoting equal opportunities and diversity within our organization. Several social concerns are central to our organization, such as employing individuals with disabilities, gender equality, and youth integration.

Diot-Siaci Crédit is strongly committed to integrating people with disabilities, which this year is the focus of an action plan.

We closely monitor gender equality, ensuring fair career advancement, equal access to training, and unbiased recruitment processes.

Every year, the group sets itself a goal to achieve; According to the Women’s Equality Index, the BURRUS COURTAGE group achieved a score of 75/100 in 2019, and then 92/100 in 2020. Our goal for 2021 is to further improve this score. We are convinced that this promotes economic development and is a factor of performance.

By establishing these responsible practices that lead to a change in corporate culture, we advance women’s rights globally.

Youth integration through apprenticeships is central to our HR strategy: investing in the future by supporting, training, and qualifying young students who will hopefully become the leaders of tomorrow.

Developing Our Employees’ Skills:

To foster the professional development of our employees, we have structured a support program that facilitates their skills development within the group:

Upon joining the group, employees benefit from a tailored integration program.

Building their career path through skills development:

Annual professional reviews that ensure genuine listening and consideration for our employees,

Skills enhancement through training initiatives.

Promoting Internal Mobility is a real lever for managing our talents, enhancing attractiveness, and fostering loyalty within our group. Through a Job Market platform, every employee now has the opportunity to explore internal job openings and thereby energize their career within the company.

Improving Our Environmental Impact

Contributing to energy efficiency

The climate challenge, biodiversity preservation, pollution control, and waste management are today’s global priorities that we are committed to investing in.

Taking care of the environment in our company also means taking care of its performance, operational framework, and associated resources.

We also encourage individual behaviors to adopt good practices that we promote.

Two positive initiatives have been launched this year, such as the HQE (High Environmental Quality) Building certification and BREEAM in Use (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method):

The HQE certification aims to improve building performance, certify, and valorize sustainable achievements. This certification is comprehensive and addresses all sustainable development issues.

The implementation of Telecommuting has allowed us to adopt a new way of working with the installation of Flex-Office.

The absence of dedicated offices helps reduce our office space and thus reduce associated energy consumption. These smaller spaces also help avoid greenhouse gas emissions related to construction or equipment manufacturing.

Concerned about our environmental impact

For several years, we have undertaken various actions:

Choosing hybrid vehicles for our fleet is one of the main strategies to reduce our environmental footprint. We adapt our vehicle fleet based on our employees’ needs.

The implementation of “Zero Paper” at BURRUS COURTAGE and Diot-Siaci Crédit contributes to environmental protection. Whether for electronic document management (EDM) or digital archiving, the benefits are numerous. Productivity gains, reduced error risks, and diversified development of new services are evidence of this.

Responsibility for waste management is of particular concern to us. Already present within the BURRUS COURTAGE group, waste management is now one of our main concerns, and we aim to evolve it within our company. We address this issue with ELISE, a company that recycles office waste and creates solidarity jobs.

Developing Sponsorship Actions

Our desire to engage with partners around shared projects and common values is integral to our professional vision and entrepreneurial spirit.

At the Group level, we have implemented the donation of paid leave days. More than €78,000 has been collected thanks to donations from our employees and the Group’s matching contribution. This sum was donated to the Foundation for Medical Research (FRM) to support Covid-19 research.

We participate in fundraising efforts for causes that are close to our hearts, such as the Gustave Roussy Foundation, the leading cancer research center, SOS Children’s Villages & Caritas.
